In celebration of the purchase of my new polypro from Go Hoops and Crafts, I bring a new weekly hoop trick challenge to get us all over the hump day.
I feel that it’s easy to get stuck at the beginner level, as once you learn a certain number of basic tricks it becomes hard to “level up.” The more active I have become in the community, the more I hear about people who are interested in leveling up, and I think that chest hooping is one way to really open the door to the intermediate level.
So I introduce to you, Deanne Love’s Paddle and Break tutorial.
In case you don’t already know how to, here’s another video by her about Chest Hooping. I find a lot of her videos to be really helpful when learning new tricks.
Once you get a good grasp on chest and shoulder hooping, the next step is breaks and reversals.
Alternatively, you may want to try a vertical break and reverse.
